Code of Conduct Policy
Homeschool Adventures Florida is dedicated to creating fun, respectful, and educational experiences for all participants. To ensure a safe and positive environment during each field trip, all attendees—students, parents, guardians, and guests—must adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
General Expectations
Respect all venue staff, instructors, tour guides, other families, and fellow students.
Follow instructions from trip coordinators, chaperones, and venue personnel at all times.
Be on time. Please arrive at the designated meeting spot by the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Supervise children at all times. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their children throughout the trip.
Read all event details thoroughly. It is your responsibility to review and follow any field trip-specific requirements. Failure to follow these instructions may result in being denied entry to the venue or being unable to participate in part or all of the field trip.
Behavioral Guidelines
No running, roughhousing, yelling, or other disruptive behavior during tours, presentations, or group activities.
Treat exhibits, animals, equipment, and property with care. Do not touch items unless given permission.
Use indoor voices and practice good manners in group settings.
No use of phones or electronics during educational programming unless specified by the instructor.
Clean up after yourselves, including any lunches, snacks, or activity materials.
Discipline & Dismissal
Homeschool Adventures Florida reserves the right to ask any participant or family to leave if behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.
Repeated violations may result in exclusion from future events.
No refunds will be issued if a participant is dismissed due to a conduct violation.
